THE BRIEF
Wells Fargo sought to bring brand cohesion to its sprawling digital footprint while emphasizing a seamless, modern user experience.
The primary challenge was executing this vision across a complex, decentralized marketing environment and a rigid system with numerous technical restrictions driven by backend complexities and an evolving competitive landscape.
THE ANSWER
I partnered with various teams across the enterprise to develop a high-level design system that acted as a comprehensive set of brand guidelines. This initiative impacted countless deliverables, ensuring brand cohesion and impactful digital visuals.
My work answered the high demand of our marketing efforts, delivering tangible results to brand partners, building trust with key stakeholders, and ultimately transforming our digital experience.

Leveraging my knowledge of the system back-end, I delivered design options that fit resources while providing a roadmap for impactful future enhancements.

With minimal digital real estate, I delivered attention-grabbing marketing banners while ensuring a cohesive app experience.

Developed a comprehensive yet flexible digital design system for our microsite, acting as guidelines for all other designers to ensure cohesion and meet our brand’s digital standards.
Leveraging prototypes, I demonstrated user flows and design options to introduce a high-end, customer-exclusive offer hub of mobile app experience.
